An academic respiratory paediatrician with a special clinical interest in cystic fibrosis, asthma, allergy and sleep medicine. Dr Greally trained in Ireland, the UK and the US. His research focuses on host-microbe interactions, inflammation and polymicrobial infections in the CF airway. He has held many leadership roles within the Asthma Society of Ireland, Cystic Fibrosis Ireland, CF registry of Ireland, Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and international CF and respiratory organisations. He has acted a manuscript reviewer for several international paediatric journals and has supervised several MD and PhD projects. He served as Chief Clinical Director for the Children's Health Ireland and led clinical integration across the three Dublin children's hospitals.
